Request data deletion
Here you can find out how to request the deletion of your data in connection with a TwentyThree Forge app.
Which data does this concern?
Our apps are built to be data-minimal. The content you enter is stored — unless described otherwise in the respective app privacy policy — locally on your device. You can remove this local data at any time:
- within the app via the corresponding delete/reset function, or
- by uninstalling the app (removes the locally stored app data), or
- via Android settings: Settings → Apps → [App] → Storage → Clear data.
Deletion of server-side data
Our apps currently store no personal data on our servers — ForgeFit works entirely locally and without a user account. Should this change for an app in the future, you can request deletion informally by email. The process:
- Send us an email with the subject "Data deletion request".
- State the affected app and — if available — your identifier/account.
- We confirm receipt and review your request.
- We delete the affected data within 30 days and confirm the deletion to you, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
